Duncan introduced us to the world of Leonbergers, and we will never quite be the same. He arrived from Sweden in August of 1998 as a 20 pound ball of fluff. Since then, he has gained 110 pounds and has grown into a wonderful, lovable, goofball of a dog. His sense of humor has humbled us on occasion, and his happy disposition never fails to bring a smile to our faces.

Duncan is the first dog we have ever done any formal training with, and he has been very forgiving and tolerant of our beginners' attempts to do obedience, agility, water work, clicker training, and more. He has earned a CD in obedience, and is working on a CDX, as well as a Water Dog title. He even put up with being a "pretty boy" show dog long enough to get his LCA championship.
