The 2001 LCA National Specialty
was held at Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI from April 25 -
29th. Over 100 Leonbergers were entered in the Conformation
and Obedience competitions, and probably another 100 or so came
to watch and socialize.
The weather was gorgeous,
the show grounds spectacular, and the Leos just beautiful. A
huge "thank you" to "the Three Blind Mice"
(aka Cyd Erich, Virginia Bartholomay and Brenda Prince Ford)
and all the people who worked so hard to make the event come
together. It was an incredible four days.
