The Leos and their people couldn't have asked for more perfect weather for a birthday bash. Hostess Frieda (and dad Ed Williams) ordered up 5" of fresh powder, sunny skies and mild temps for an afternoon of fun and frolicking.

We were so happy that Mackin finally got to romp and play with the other Leos, after SEVEN months of enforced rest due to his knee injury. He is doing great the day after, so we're keeping our fingers crossed that this saga is finally over.

There were a LOT of new faces -- New England gained a lot of wonderful new owners and PUPPIES over the fall -- and many "old-timers" as well. Astrid & family provided a camp stove and all the hot cocoa we could drink (thanks Astrid!) and folks brought all kinds of snacks to keep our tummies full!

Unfortunately we forgot to fully charge our camera battery, so we didn't get pictures of all the party-goers-- we did manage to capture quite a few, though.
